What we expect from you:

• Conduct effective Root Cause Analysis and train others
• Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and complaints
• Identify and escalate ideas for improvement within the Quality Management Systems team
• Assist the Quality Assurance team with other duties as assigned
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance responsibilities, as indicated in the applicable controlled documents, are followed
• Continue developing skills in trend analysis on data to identify areas for improvement and share with management to improve related business processes
• Interact with clients to introduce the program, receive feedback

Knowledge, experience and skills we think are necessary:

• Minimum a Bachelor in IT Science/Arts
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated environment in a similar position
• Knowledge of database and data analytics applications
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Skilled in concise writing and leading Root Cause Analysis
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma GB or BB Certification is a big advantage
• Good know-how of MS Office
• Ability to train one/one
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and conflict management
• Creative and flexible problem solving and decision-making skills
• Autonomous worker with effective communication skills for internal (management, senior scientists, support teams) and external (client interfacing) communication
• Skilled in presentations and leading meetings
• Fluency in English is required
