What we expect from you:

• You define, together with the management team, the objectives and deliverables (time frame, resources, quality, and costs) of different mobility & charging projects.
• You manage and support the development teams through all the delivery phases.
• You ensure that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on-time within the scope and within budget.
• You tackle risks and issues and provide weekly updates to the management team.
• You handle changes to the project scope, project timeline, and project costs using.
• You detect and implement improvements on our solutions.

Knowledge, experience, and skills we think are necessary:

• Minimum 2 years of Software development experience and familiar with Scrum & Agile;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with Project/Portfolio Management in a high-tech environment knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies;
• Solution and results-oriented individual with customer orientation;
• Capable to be at the head and to enthuse a team of specialists, as well as to find the right balance between risk and target performance;
• Control a team on deliverables;
• Able to coach and motivate a team;
• Sets priorities, has a strong focus on deliverables and people skills;
• Is open-minded, has strong analytical skills;
• Fluency in English is required
